|Description:||The Tradeshow Support is a part time position, working 20-24 hours a week Monday - Friday, responsible for providing functional and clerical support for Handwriting Without Tears (HWT)& Really Great Reading (RGR) tradeshow operations, including data-entry and maintaining, packing and shipping of materials.|
|Duties:||Maintain tradeshow lead spreadsheet with accurate counts of leads from each Handwriting Without Tears (HWT) and Really Great Reading (RGR) tradeshows.|
Track and disperse tradeshow leads to appropriate sales staff for HWT & RGR.
Enter data from tradeshow raffle tickets into spreadsheet for Marketing Communications to use in emails and other mailings for HWT & RGR.
Prepare and maintain HWT demo and admin kits used at tradeshows, replacing missing or broken items, cleaning supplies as needed, etc.
Monitor deliveries of supplies from tradeshows to office; unpack, organize and restock shelves.
Maintain storage/packing room, organizing tradeshow and adoption materials and supplies, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring the cleanliness of room, materials and supplies, including linens.
Order, pack, ship and track materials and supplies to scheduled HWT tradeshows.
Monitor the tracking of shipments for tradeshows or adoption activities.
Monitor tradeshow shipping calendar to assure timely delivery of materials and supplies to HWT tradeshows.
Maintain report of revenue generated at tradeshows for quarterly reporting.
Provide support to Sales Coordinator with ordering, packing, shipping and tracking items to field sales team or for adoption activities.
|Qualifications:||High school diploma or equivalent required. |
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently (with direction) and with a team.
Good interpersonal skills in dealing with co-workers.
Functional knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work well under direction.
Ability to sit for long periods of time; ability to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer.
At times, ability to move about and stand; Ability to bend, stretch, and use arms and hands to grip, move, hold and manipulate boxes, materials and travel equipment.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
