| Description: | Provides support for the Creative Services Group in production duties, implementing print and web design projects, assisting in final layout, proofing and pre-flighting files for a range of products, publications, packaging and collateral in support of marketing and product development initiatives.

| Duties: |
-Use knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for a wide variety of print and digital collateral, through a variety of media outlets
-Produce basic graphic sketches, designs, and copy layouts for products, and publications utilizing typography, layout, production and editing skills.
-Process images and graphics for production.
-Check artwork for completeness and assure adherence to HWT standards before production or distribution of media.
-Follow design to create production files for a range of print and web-based marketing communication tools, in collaboration with the HWT team.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks, within deadline, and in an environment of ever-changing priorities, and fast-paced timelines.
-Maintains digital assets including production files, digital photography, illustrations, and logos.
-Monitor art preparation guidelines and recommend technical and procedural updates as needed to maintain consistency and quality control

| Qualifications: | -Associate Degree, Certificate or equivalent; B.A. or B.S. preferred.
-1+ years related experience in design production or graphic design.
-Solid artistic aptitude for type, design, color and concept.
-Knowledge of all stages of graphic design from conception to production required.
-Solid verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once while completing quality work on a timely basis.
-Ability to work both independently and with a team and to excel in a rapidly changing environment.
-Experience with Adobe Creative Design Suite 3 (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Macromedia MX (Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Flash), MS Office and ability to work on PC and Mac platforms.
